PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
We are excited to introduce our new "Multi-Sport" program. This will become one of the top Functional Training programs in Central Iowa! Each workout incorporates a variety of drills designed to improve First Step Explosion to “get off the line” quickly, Agility to stop and change direction swiftly, Power for better utilization of what is available to the body, and Linear Acceleration for Break Away Speed and Metabolic Conditioning Level to dominate the competition! Our staff of professional strength & conditioning specialists will guide you through a training program that utilizes the safest, most comprehensive methods available. This camp is ideal for any athlete who is looking to prepare for the upcoming season and get the edge over their competition! An athletic assessment will be done at the beginning and the end to test athlete’s progress.
